Backing up your Data in TCMSV3

It is recommended after every adjustment or configuration change in the system that you backup your data.

This will assist you when you need to restore your data in the event you experience issues with your data or it becomes corrupted.

Any mishaps in data handling be it in the software or hardware can be solved by simply retrieving the backup data.

Before you make any changes on the database and system, it is recommended to backup the database file.

To Backup Database in TCMS V3 Software

1. Click on ‘System Settings’ tab

2. Click on ‘Database Configuration’

3. In the ’Database Server Backup Path’, enter the path or click on ’Browse” to search for the folder to save your file

4. Click on ‘Backup’ to start the process
